Wildcat Football Parents Association Membership
For those not familiar with WFPA, we are a non-profit group of parent volunteers dedicated to supporting the Libertyville High School Football program and promoting a positive and fun experience for our players. Each season, WFPA delivers a variety of different activities and programs to support the LHS football program, including:
$3,000 in funding of Coach Kuz Leadership Awards, which is now in its 14th year and has contributed almost $40,000 to Senior players since inception – congratulations to our Class of 2024 recipients, Charlie Clark, Zach Henderson, and Jake Richter
Team Feeds, including “Milk and Cookies” and in-game drinks and food
Online Media Guide
Parent roster lanyards and a player homecoming button
Coordination of Kick Off Cornhole BBQ and other events
Home game fireworks before each varsity games
Senior banners for display at the stadium
Varsity yard signs
Coordination of sideline volunteers for each home game, team parents, as well as other volunteer opportunities
Cornhole Tournament
Pre or Post Game meals for all athletes
Throughout a four-year Libertyville High School football career, WFPA provides an estimated $1,500 in value for each player.
WFPA can provide these benefits, and more, to the players through annual membership fees, sponsorships and through private donations. WFPA does not receive any funding from game day tickets revenue, team coupon books, or concessions stand revenue (those funds benefit the LHS Athletic department and various clubs that operate concessions and other game day activities).
As with each season, our goal is for 100% of families to support the LHS football program through a WFPA membership. Annual WFPA membership dues are $150 per player and $100 per player if you have additional athletes in the program. This will include an athlete and parent ticket to the end of year banquet in November.
Your support is critical to our funding of the program. Scholarships are available, if one is needed, please register and indicate scholarship when registering. It is very important to register for WFPA, this is how we will communicate with the families for events, volunteering and for your team parent to reach out.
